Terms & Conditions

  • You will earn 30% commission from every sale you refer to the Garden Planner or Garden Planner Lite products. 30% will be based on the final price (minus any discounts) that the customer pays.
  • Commissions are valid for new customers only.
  • You can login anytime to track your referrals and commissions.
  • We track referral links for 30 days. This means that if you refer someone to our site and they buy within 30 days, you will get the commission.   If two people refer the same customer, the commission will be paid to the affiliate whose link was used most recently.
  • Commission payments are made via PayPal on a monthly basis and are subject to any applicable PayPal fees.  You must have a PayPal account linked to your profile in order to receive payout.
  • A minimum payout of $50 is required and there is a wait period of 30 days after the sale is made. Commissions will carry over from month to month, so once you have accumulated $50 or more, you will be paid the following month.
  • Any fraudulent, void or refunded transactions will not be eligible for commission. 
  • You cannot offer discounts, coupons or any other deal without written approval from Embracing Harvest.
  • You cannot trick, spam or mislead people to use your affiliate link.
  • You cannot use Embracing Harvest within your own domain name. 
  • You cannot run ads without written approval.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
  • Affiliates that violate these terms will not be eligible for commissions and will be removed from the affiliate program.
