Tasty Vegetables, Herbs and Fruits you can eat in early summer
If you have a short growing season, you might be longing to eat out of your garden sooner. I know when I only grew things like tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers it felt like FOREVER until I got to eat out of my garden.
Early summer fruits and vegetables to the rescue!
It was when I started learning about seasonal eating and the huge variety of food available throughout the year that I started to learn how to get food out of my garden earlier.
There are definitely techniques to use to extend your growing season, but there’s also simply plants that grow earlier and faster than tomatoes and peppers.
This week I take a walk through my garden and show you all the plants that you can be eating from your garden in early summer, weeks or months before corn and eggplants.
