I love both coffee and tea, and while there seems to be a new study every week about whether coffee is good or bad for you, one thing that you can do to amp up the health factor of your coffee is adding chaga mushrooms to it. Companies like Four Sigmatic have made mushroom coffee the norm, but it’s actually pretty easy to make your own chaga mushroom coffee at home.
In this video I’ll share 3 chaga mushroom coffee recipes and a bonus tea recipe to show you just how easy it is to brew up an antioxidant rich coffee beverage at home.

Ingredients
Brewed Coffee (Option 1)
- Cup of brewed coffee
- 1 scoop chaga mushroom powder
- Sweetener/milk as desired
Iced Coffee (Option 2)
- ½ cup of cold brewed coffee
- 1 scoop chaga mushroom powder
- 4-5 ice cubes
- ¼ cup non dairy milk
- liquid sweetener/stevia as desired
French Press (Option 3)
- 3 grams chaga mushroom chunks
- 1 litre of water
- Coffee grounds
- Sweetener/milk as desired
