Why should you eat fermented foods?
It can be confusing to be healthy these days. One source tells you to eat this, another source tells you to eat that.
While there are a lot of different diets with a lot of different strategies, one thing that’s common among many of them is including fermented foods as a part of the diet.
If you’ve ever visited a naturopathic doctor, he or she likely suggested that you take a probiotic supplement. And while these definitely have their place (after a round of antibiotics for example), they can be costly and not appealing to take long-term.
If you want to increase your gut flora, and get healthy the old fashioned way, then consider adding fermented foods to your diet.
