Serving: 1 pint jar
Ingredients:
- 3-5 chopped carrots enough to fill the jar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- A sprig of dill
- ½ tsp dill seed (use in addition to or in place of dill)
- 1-3 cloves garlic peeled
- ½ tsp black peppercorns
